I had an excellent stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and I was welcomed very warmly upon arrival bit also during my whole stay. Hospitality 10/10. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The breakfast was simple but more than enough to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended! Location is so close to bus stop if you don't want to take beautiful opportunity of walking to city centre on the Water of Leith Walkway

The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and host Lorna was so helpful in all ways. I stayed here as an overnight stop between flights in and out of Edinburgh Airport.

The House is beautiful and very special. James and Olga are just lovely and so helpful, but let us have enough personal space and privacy. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

Host Geoff was amazing couldn’t as for anything more. Breakfast was amazing not your simple buffet breakfast or simple ideas. It was fresh seasoned ingredients best breakfast you could ask for Rooms had everything you need. Location is very good shops aren’t too far and Edinburgh is about 30 mins on the bus

Really comfortable and exceptional staff. Stayed during New Year and was given a mini whisky and shortbread biscuits unexpectedly, which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend.
