Martin, our host/owner was so welcoming and super nice. The whole place was very clean, comfortable and really warm which was a plus for us in January. The bathroom was beautiful, the bedroom cozy and bright, and the kitchen had a nice coffee machine and all the facilities we needed. The house is located in a quiet area in the outskirts which we really liked.

Best house in London. Safe, big, clean. Next to Tesco supermarket and many grocery shops and restaurants. Perfect for large family with kids. Kitchen has all cooking and dining facilities. Bathrooms have towels, shampoo, soap, hair conditioner, hairdryer. Bedrooms have TVs with Netflix, Disney+ and other online streaming services. Very good washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Garden is very green and looked after. It is a 100% satisfaction. The rooms were excellent, with very effective AC on a hot day. staff were very good, especially Soheil who treated us like VIPs. The pub downstairs was really enjoyable, a good range of beers, a lively atmosphere and excellent Thai food. I thoroughly recommend The Grafton and it will be our place to stay in London from now on. Price of room and food very reasonable too.

All I can say is that I love this place and would stay again without a hesitation! On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hosts and everything felt so comfortable and home-like. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom were of good size and spotlessly clean. I used to live in the UK and at times have some reservations what comes to the accommodation quality, based on my own experiences in the past. The pictures already looked nice on the website, but even better live! A top choice!
