I liked the location very much. Very near to the city Also, the host Zohreb was extremely helpful, always giving us tips to explore Kutaisi and making sure we are comfortable. Room was also clean and had all facilities.

This was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was beautifully appointed, everything, from the location to the room but especially the hosts!!! Professional, personable, helpful, thoughtful, exceptional!!! Beds were comfy and all room was spacious and so comfortable with a comfy pillows and king sized bed. The bathroom had a full sized tub with a shower, a large sink with vanity and lovely personal amenities.

Thanks to a very peaceful location up on the hills of Kutaisi it was perfect to spend a night in the tranquillity of countryside after a long day on the road. Mrs Bebo welcomed us with homemade wine and delicious cheese and vegetables from her family’s courtyard. There are hammocks in the garden and a veranda which are perfect spots for a good read or chill moments after a long day travelling. Room was simple but really comfortable and we slept very well. The warm and genuine hospitality of Bebo and her family was the very best introduction to Georgia which - exactly as this guest house - is such a lovely place. We wish we could have stay longer and would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel with perfect location! Cozy, small hotel in the heart of Kutaisi. Just 5 minutes walk from Colchis fountain and city centre. Rooms are good, clean and spacy. Visited hotel with 10 people and we were happy with our experience.
