Great breakfast that left us full and happy throughout the whole day afterwards. There is a communal kitchen next to the room so you can get tea or coffee any time. The room was clean and the bathroom was new and had all you need. The bed was comfortable. We arrived late and the host waited for us to welcome us to the room.

We only stayed for one night and unfortunately arrived quite late at the hotel - yet, we were kindly welcomed. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom even had a separate shower. The hotel was in a calm street without any noises to complain about. Overall, we can totally recommend it.

The best place to stay in Kutaisi! We will recommend to all our friends. Beautiful view of Kutaisi from the rooms with a lovely balcony and a rooftop terrace. An easy downhill walk to the center of town. Delicious breakfast. But most of all the family — Aniko,Shota and her children are so helpful and welcoming. They took care of us, helping us to find what we needed in Kutaisi, introducing us to their delicious homemade wine (all natural and very tasty). Green Flower has a starred review in the Rough Guide to Georgia and it is well deserved.

Bebo Babu is a charming house, clean, tidy with a beautiful garden. However what made my stay memorable is the hospitality and generosity of the owner lady. Very nice hotel with perfect location! Cozy, small hotel in the heart of Kutaisi. Just 5 minutes walk from Colchis fountain and city centre. Rooms are good, clean and spacy. Visited hotel with 10 people and we were happy with our experience.
