I can only mention good things. Amazing view, relaxing silence..and two wonderful hosts, Rino all smiles, Barbara the star chef..The whole place is filled with the love of Barbara and Rino. If we ever travel to Istria again, we will only come here. Thank you for the experience.

Beautiful natural surroundings with lots of shade. Ideal place to stay with children who enjoyed nature and animals. The tents and the pool are clean, as are the other communal areas. Sleeping and resting with the sound of birds was a wonderful experience for us.

The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. Ah, this was amazing - nicely located house with two apartments. We lived in the bigger one with two kids. A terrace with marvellous view, nice old-style decoration inside. AC was saving us during the evening and night time. It is a great choice when need to switch from "big city" to 'quietness and pure nature' mode. The owner, lady, gave us a bottle of home-made wine as a welcome gift, this was lovely.

The room is really beautiful, the look down the hill and over the ocean is just wonderfull. Everything is very modern and nicely decorated. The location in the old "town" part is very cool, as well. pizzeria rumore is one of the best in Istria, so is pizzeria Napoli at the square. The Negri family sells award winning olive oil and great wines. All in a couple of minutes by foot. Parking is not a problem: Astrid registered our number plate so we could pass the restricted road and always found a parking lot along the street. Still, watch out where you park as we got two big scratches at the car there. Near the pizzeria there is a little store selling honey and souvenirs. On its left you follow the stairs, turn right twice and find the building 😊

Amazing property at excellent location near restaurants with great view. Great communication with host who welcomed us when we arrived, Common kitchen is equipped with everything that someone can think of for quick and simple snack and coffee. Room is clean, with enough space for two, and amazing bathroom. With two windows there is great amount of natural light (Sun if you are lucky 😁) Everything considered, big recommendation if you are visiting Labin or Rabac.
