Perfect place for those who want to surf the different spots at Gerupuk. Hans, the owner, is a great host and an experienced surfer himself and will take you with his boat, if you want. Small shops and restaurants with friendly people right next to this homestay, so everything is in walking distance. Nice veranda with view on the bay to chill after surfing.

Nan and his family are extremely helpful and so kind. We loved the food, the view and the place! We went surfing with Nan and he helped us a lot with everything concerning the surfing:) huge recommendation from us!

Location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, mini supermarket. Clean with spotless bed sheets and towels, simple but with everything that we needed. Water is not salty like in other beach locations, and good pressure. Kettle and coffee available. We used 2 rooms. In one we had an amazing Lombok coffee (the other room had a not so good coffee but we all used the good one 😁) The owner was very helpful. We asked for a trip to pink beach and a car to reach our next destination, at a good price and comfortable cars. He also helped us organise some surf lessons. We had breakfast at a restaurant 5 min walk from the property, included in what we paid for the room, and they had porridge that the children loved. Scrambled eggs were very good too!

Amazing stay at ekas Beach Guesthouse! Highly recommend it for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Ekas. The owner is super kind & funny and is happy to help you out with anything. Great for surfing as well. I always got a boatride to ekas outside or inside no matter the time of the day. The location is really special and the Restaurant at the beach is one of a kind. Very basic, but beautiful with one of the best sunset spots on the hole Island of Lombok. Highly recommend this Guesthouse for those wanting a autenthic experience with a local family!
