we booked for an ireland rugby match. if the hotel was any closer to the Aviva it would have to be on the pitch. amazing to just walk into the hotel after the match and watch the crowds pass by while sipping a drink from the honesty bar. Breakfast was top notch. charming interior matching the feel of the late Victorian exterior.

Host was super friendly, met me nearby to show us around and make sure we were settled in. was super responsive at replying to messages and could not ahve been more accomodating. Apartment is really centrally located, but in a quiet area and close to transport links. Looks exactly as shown in the pictures and couldn't recommend more.

Location was excellent, handy for 3 arena, restaurants in the city centre and buses/trains travelling there. Also, price was very good, by far the best value for money in the city that night. Self service check in was very smooth.

We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location for trips. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The owner was pleasant and helpful. There were bottles of water, coffee, and tea in the room. The bed could have been wider, but we still rate our stay 10/10."
