Absolute gem of a place, Arun is a great host. Very humble, polite and helpful in nature. Wi-fi is very fast. Room is spacious enough for family of 3. Located in main market area beach is just 1 km away, there are many good restaurants, supermakets, grocery stores,fruits and vegetables shop, saloons everything is on walkable distance. Very calm and peaceful area, safe to roam around even in night. I Stayed there for 3 nights i wish i could have extended my stay. Will definitely come back here. Thank you Arun for hosting us. It was our first time in Goa and we’re sure we’ll be back. Glen made sure we had the best stay during our 6 days there, he arranged a taxi to take us to all the spots in Goa, he helped us get a SIM card at the best price, he can arrange rental bikes if you need. He and his team really go beyond to make you feel taken care of. The location of the villa is also exceptional, you walk 3 min to the beach and all the shacks or 3 min on the other side and you’re on a Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Overall, great property, great team, great location and great value for money.

Excellent location in front of the ocean, no obstruction, or noisy neighbours, beautiful spacious and private balcony to appreciate the lush greenery and sea breeze in silence. Beautifully maintained garden. Exceptionally clean, best bathroom and instantly hot shower in Goa. Dominic and Leti the owners were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Excellent wifi connection.

This place is homely. The staff are genuinely helpful, and Terril and Jack are a gem of a person. They will make sure that your stay is absolutely comfortable and worth your time there. The place is located right at the centre. The beach is hardly walks away, the restaurants and bars are right around the corner. If you're planning to visit Goa, then this is where you should stay and have one of the best stays possible. Our absolute permanent residence for Goa from now on.

The location really can't be beat. Minutes from the beach, and the privacy is also excellent. While the units are relatively close together we did not run into any issues with other guests being noisy. Staff was extremally helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests.

Top on my list for why to stay at Monte Villa Guest House are Arnold and Melania, the engaging married couple who own this gem just five minutes walk from the beach. They are very fun to stay with, you will enjoy talking with them and they will be certain that all of your needs will be taken care of. I stayed here for five problem-free days. The wifi was reliable and strong and the room was comfortable with everything that you may need available. In particular, it was nice to have a balcony to not only sit on but also to dry clothes. The hotel is secure and there is always someone in the reception area. They also will arrange rides to your next location at a reasonable price. In fact, they took me to my destination themselves and I very much enjoyed the ride. I very much look forward to returning here when possible.
