Just 5 mins from Bologna Station and 15-20 mins from the historical centre, we were really impressed by Madame Bologna. Despite initially being nervous about downloading the app and reliability for the entry system to the gate and doors, instructions were clear and it all worked perfectly. Our host was really quick to reply and very helpful so we felt taken very good care of. The room was spacious especially for such a central location and it had a terrace overlooking large trees. The cleanliness and standard of decoration was incredibly good and the bed comfortable. The coffee machine and snacks replaced daily were much appreciated and our room was cleaned daily. Being in a residential block, it was was quiet at night so we slept very well.

The addition of a separate television in the bedroom is a thoughtful touch for those evenings when you want to unwind before sleep. For those inclined to self-cater, a well-equipped kitchen is available—though with Bologna's renowned culinary scene at your doorstep, you might wonder why you'd ever use it! The property was beautiful - clean, fresh and tidy and comfortable. Everything was well thought out and there were some lovely touches. Frederico was so helpful withe everything and I was super impressed to be collected from the airport in a Porsche!

From the very first message, we could feel Mary’s warmth and genuine care. 🥰 Even though we never met in person, her kindness shone through every word — always thoughtful, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful: spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bologna’s charming streets, cafés, and atmosphere. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and filled with lovely details that instantly made us feel at home. It’s rare to feel such a personal connection without meeting face-to-face, yet Mary made us feel truly welcome and cared for from afar. 💛 We’re leaving with warm hearts, beautiful memories, and the hope to return one day. Perfect spot in the heart of the city centre

The location was perfect, 3 minutes walking from train station and 15 minutes to the center. The room is new and very clean.Definitely we come back.

It was clean, nice and the rooms are freshly renewed. Shower is of normal size, not small and cleaning lady comes everyday. The hotel is situated 2 mins from the central train station which is really convinient for those who travel to Florence or elsewhere afterwards. We had questions about opening of the doors, the manager answered at once even though it was Easter - thanks for all the help! The room is quiet, we didn't hear neighbours, maybe some sounds from the street but nothing too loud. The city center of Bologna is not so large, so it's not a long walk to the historical places (I enjoy walking, so it's not a problem at all). Next to the hotel there's a nice bar for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. There's also a paid luggage storage just next to the apartments, so you can leave luggage there when leaving.
