Hosts were exceptional...they go beyond to care for their guests. We had car problems and they were very understanding and accommodating ! Wished we had more time at this wonderful accommodation, to further experience it's fabulous onsite restaurant and private beach across the street with beautiful mountain views overlooking Bellagio. Highly recommend...do yourself a favor book this Guesthouse to boost your Lake Como experience !!

The host deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were not only hospitable and welcoming but also incredibly helpful. Another highlight was the breakfast which was included during the stay! Overall, the stay was remarkable. Very friendly and forthcoming host! The owner is very kind and he made sure, everything worked to my best convenience. I booked the place ca. two hours prior to my arrival - sitting at the T Bar in Tremezzo - upon concluding my visit there, I jumped on a boat to Bellagio, where I had my car parked - from there, it was only ca. 35 min. drive to the house location... Super convenient! I called the owner's phone upon entering the house, around 9 PM and he was very friendly to navigate me through some practical necessities incl. ensuring, that I have the right temperature in the house etc... I can only imagine, this place would be super convenient for a family, since there is an upstairs area with three individual rooms, bathroom and a downstairs area with a living room area, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen... The house is situated on a hill with a direct view of the Lake Como, which is nice!
