great place. everything is very clean. very quite. comfortable king size beds and a large bathroom. awesome staff. helped us with the bags, directions and information was accurte. breakfast with pancakes and fruits. every thing is fresh. 2minutes walk from mestre train/car rent/airport shuttle and 2minutes walk to bus number 2 straight to venica. a great place makes for a great vacation.

So kind, polite, helpful person welcomed us! The bus stop for Venice is just 100 meters from the property, room was big enough, very nice and clean. There have parking lots in the yard of the house, which is very convenient.

Nice location to stay in Venice, just 2min walk to Mestre station. Room is clean and Also, it's easy to catch a bus to the Venice and airport from here. It was perfect place to stay, I would stay here again. The host was really nice person.
