First of all the room we had is very clean and spacious, even the bathroom is big. In and out of room was easy, just make sure you have your phone. The room came with ample amenities and the drinks from the mini fridge and snacks were all included. The area is quiet so we can have restful nights. A nice 10mins walk to central area and one of the best gelato nearby the apartment . The best part is the host, Mr Massimo, who is super kind and generous. He is responsive anytime of the day with any questions asked. We were allowed to check in early and he even went the extra mile to drive us to Maranello and back! We had enjoyed our stay so much!

The room was spacious and beautiful (located in the palazzo). The cleanliness absolutely outstanding!!! Benedetta is the most helpful and nicest host ever! I loved the fantastically equipped bathroom with the new shower and the bath cosmetics! As well as kettle, tea, coffee and mini bar. Thanks Benedetta for making my stay so great!!!

Primo Piano was perfect for proximity to the train station, and also the main city centre attractions. Barbara was a fabulous host, helping us with a map of main attractions. I asked about Balsamic tasting, and she gifted me a small bottle of it at breakfast on the first morning. I asked for help to contact the owner of my next accommodation, who I was struggling to get a reply from, and she made contact for me, which helped massively with an early check in. She also did an early breakfast for us, when I advised we’d be leaving for our train at 7:15. I didn’t ask, she offered. These things make a big difference! The apartment was comfortable & clean, and felt very secure.

Superb suite in central location. I guess this is a recent renovation as everything looked clean and new. The bed was firm - applause for that. The team were very responsive despite not being there 24/7. Check-in was a breeze. And if you get the chance beg for a table at Osteria Francescana. The dish Five Ages of Parmesan was soo perfect it brought a tear to my eye. The pizza restaurant on the ground floor is pretty kick ass too
