Enjoyed the Vikey experience with the access. It all worked well even if it was a bit of a palaver for making the original booking. The room was very charming and comfy and everything worked extremely well - good location in a lively little town. We were impressed.

Although bit far from Firenze, this place is accessible by bus. Wonderful view of north of Firenze. Clean room, quiet surroundings, and most of all, owner is really nice and friendly. His English is not so good, but we can always use translators so it is not a big deal. The coffee he makes tastes wonderful and he was very sincere to tell us the Information we can make use of. I don’t know why Booking.com allows only 4 photos, there are so many good photos I have. I don’t know when, but if I come to Firenze again, I would definitely stay here again. p.s. I would miss Ali, the dog living there

We loved everything about this hotel, the position was amazing for visiting Florence on foot, the room was beautiful and the bed super comfortable. There was cold water in the fridge and they even gave us a voucher for a very generous free breakfast in a nearby bar. Enrico in reception was very kind too. Would stay here again if we ever go back to Florence.
