We had some difficulty accessing the accommodation by car, but there were parks nearby and in less than 5 minutes by foot we were able to reach the property without a problem. The owner was very clear about how we could access the accommodation, was kind enough to leave us fresh water and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The room was in a perfect location in the city-- in the city center. It was close to everything. Although the town itself is charming and older, the room was ultra-modern, and I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. The host was lovely, as were the women who cleaned. They even left croissants and snack food as well as coffee. Overall it was lovely.

Excellent rooms with daily cleaning service (even during our 2 night stay). Modern furniture and very spacious room. The location is perfect, in a very quiet neighborhood, right next to a supermarket as well as other shops, and with easy free parking in the surrounding area. The smart check in process was very helpful and straightforward. The owner very responsive and helpful.

Great appartman, with a nice style, in a nicely renovated house in the old town. Great and comfortable! Comfortable beds (also the sofa bed!), comfortable bathroom. Ideal for two adults and two small children. Strong internet, TV, netflix and youtube for the children's pleasure :) The parking lot is a 2-minute walk away, the local parking lot is easy to use with the 'easyparking' app, at a good price. Our host, Laura, was endlessly nice, helpful, it was super easy and quick to communicate with her, we used whatsapp, she helped us with all our questions. We appreciate your help and kindness, thank you again Laura! (You know what I mean! :) Everything is ok! )

An amazing place in the very city centre. Check-in seemed complicated at first but eventually everything turned out to be super easy. It felt like living in an art museum because you can simply stay there and admire all the pictures and decorations. The room was cleaned every day. Even though I didn't meet the host in person, he was very kind and kept asking if everything's ok. So, memorable accommodation for a great price!

The apartment is spacious and meticulously decorated, with a lovely balcony that overlooks the city. Atmosphere is very cosy and feels like home. It is also at close proximity to shops and the town centre - we got everywhere we needed to easily on foot and it was also safe to travel back to late at night (we walked all the way back from the stadium after a concert and even managed to grab a late-night panino from the bar right downstairs). There was a wide selection of hot beverages and home-made pastries readily available as part of the breakfast selection, which we also enjoyed. Vittorio was a lovely host and very kind! All in all a lovely experience at a very affordable price, would definitely stay again if we return. P.S. The elevators in the building are not meant for the claustrophobic for sure - but then again there are stairs :)

The guesthouse is in the city center few minutes walk from the centrum, good restaurants, many shops. The owner was really friendly and helpful he helped a lot for us. We were in phone contact and helped us to visit La Pelosa, because we had no tickets. 🎫 Basically the website does not write that breakfast include but we find a “welcome package” in the room, special Italian foods, snacks. It’s very nice from the staff.

Lucia is a great host and I really appreciated the private parking in a gated area directly underneath the building. City center is about 20 mins by foot and the area is quiet and residential.
