The location is in the old town, so everything is within walking distance. The room was really big, and had all the amenities we needed and the bed... I can't even explain how good the bed and the bedding was - I think it's as close as "sleeping in the clouds" can be. Fast check in, great service, snack area with many different snacks, nice room decor. We had the best time at Dimora Marinucci and will be coming back in the futurew

The apartment is located close to the train station in a residential area that is within walking distance from the city center and the beach (5-10 minutes max). Essentially you are renting a room within a apartment of a flat. The room and bath were very clean and comfortable and the host incredibly friendly and helpful. A wonderful breakfast was included in the price.

This is a unique place, in an excellent location. The guest house has been freshly and elegantly renovated. The location in the heart of the centro storico is perfect. Our room had a convenient mini-fridge with mineral water at our disposal. There was a small shared kitchen available to all guests, equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Very good Italian breakfast included. The staff was very polite and helpful. He picked us up at the port and guided us to a parking space right next to the apartment. Entry to the parking lot in the old town is only possible with a special permit, only from Monday to Friday and only outside the summer season. In the summer season, entry to the centro storico is prohibited, but for the apartment there is a convenient parking lot in the port, from where in a few minutes you can walk up the spiral staircase to the old town and the apartment. I highly recommend this place and the Old Town in Termoli is charming.
