We had a wonderful time staying at this Guesthouse. All the staff is kind, friendly and ready to help if you need to ask something. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. They all speak English so there is no problem if you don't speak Japanese. The location is perfect, next to 2 stations, the bigger one, Shinagawa, and another one, smaller. You can go everywhere from there. In the nearby there are combini, supermarkets, restaurants, izakayas, sushi's and all the facilities. The guest house is clean and cozy, everyone is very friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend this staying because is the best if you are going to Tokyo, for a long or a short holiday.

It is our first time in Tokyo. the receptionist was so nice and helpful. She guided us to find the hotel and get into the room. The hotel is very clean and quiet beyound our expectation. We will come again .

Everything was amazing and well thought through about our unthinkable needs. We loved the rice cooker for some nights when we just wanted dinner at home! There is a supermarket right in front of the building. Gorgeous view of the Tokyo Tower. The Host was amazing and patient in answering all questions. Easy check-in. Thank you again🫰🏼

The room, although compact, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location is close to transport, convenience stores and nice restaurants.

Located in an area that has some really good Ramen spots alongside the best convenience stores such as 7/11, Lawsons and Family Mart to name a few. The icing on the cake being that it's right next to Ryogokuyu Metro Line makes the commute easy. And the Room is well set up with all necessary amenities with an experience of Japanese style living.
