Hosts are amazing welcoming people. Felt at home!. Guesthouse is in a residential area, very quiet and nice, but very close to many touristic places and close to the bus stop that takes to Kyoto Station (line 206). Our room was duplex style: very cute and the bed was extremely comfortable. Free breakfast was also a big plus!! 😋

Loved the coffee station and the kitchen space, there are books and board games for guests to use. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a room with a shared bathroom and the shower and toilet were always very clean. The cafe downstairs is also a nice space, great coffee and French toast!

If i could give them more than 10 i would say 100. The room is pretty simple, nothing that fancy or expensive but the owners are so kind and welcoming. They were super kind and helpful, the whole stay at the inn was more than awesome. The best hotel of my stay in Japan

It is friendly, cosy, very helpful staffs. We are very satisfied with the apartment. It is located in a quiet street with traditional houses, but also very convenient. The apartment is spacious. For improvement, we suggest to have a mirror outside the bathroom too.

everything! the guy at the reception is the kindest! the guesthouse is clean and cozy! I totally recommend it! I had a private room with futon and the bathroom was shared, but bathrooms are so clean that it wasn’t a problem at all! Also there’s everything you need, towels, soap, shampoo etc. there are also some snacks in the common room:) last thing, position is great as well!

This was a really sweet property, it felt special to be able to stay in a more “authentic” property and the location was also great for what we wanted to do in Kyoto. It was clean and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay!

Very friendly staff, with excellent customer service! They were so accommodating, and we wish we had purchased the breakfast! Next time we will do so.
