Our room was warm and comfortable. The location was good as we could walk to the ski lift and there was also a bus stop directly outside. Toru and his wife were so friendly and we enjoyed their delicious home cooked meals

Host (Yama-san) was amazing, gave everyone updates on the snow conditions each morning and even drove us to the annupuri chairlift. The breakfast was delicious and different each morning. It felt like a very authentic experience and was excellent value for money. It is a quiet spot but that is exactly what I was hoping for and was made very welcome at all times. Very close to a nice onsen and the shuttle bus which made the location great.
