Great accommodation! It’s brand new, they just opened a few weeks ago. The owners are incredibly friendly and very helpful overall. Breakfast is very nice with a lot of fresh fruit. Great location, very very close to the beach. The room was impeccable, so clean.. spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here! They will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Location was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, and the owners are lovely people. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly cool on the hot nights.

What a great stay. The hosts are super friendly and offered tea when we arrived. the room is spacious and clean. mosquito net is not damaged and the ventilator works well. breakfast and dinner are very delicious and we recommend to buy dinner from the hosts (900lkr/person). specially to point out is the big balcony with seating area and roof covered. during our stay we had a rainy afternoon and it was perfect to hang out outside. the house is on a silent location and one of the nicests beaches we visited just 100m away. nearby is a small shop where you can buy water and snacks.

The very quiet Gardens, the lovely breakfasts, beautiful empty beach, lovely pool and courteous attentive staff. We had a gorgeous room with an out door,roll top bath. If you're looking for a quiet beach, this will hit the spot. The waves are strong so probably best for confident swimmers though you won't have to be an Olympian! The main house is also gorgeous with an airy colonial vibe. Evening meals can be taken at the beach restaurant over the road ( not a busy road). The place is gated with a 24hour watch for the security minded. Various swings, hammocks and board games dotted around. Peacocks, bee-eaters, monitor lizards and chipmunks abound. Heard a Coppersmith Barbet but didn't see it. Fruit bats fly over at sunset. Heaven!

The family was incredibly kind and helpful! We were given drinks upon arrival, they made breakfeast for us, and they did our laundry. They were also very helpful with understanding the buses, and they told us, where to go and which beaches to see! The house is beautiful, the room was large and nice, and the shared kitchen was well equipped and clean. Our room didn’t have a private bathroom, but we had a shared bathroom in another building very close. It was small, but it worked very well, and we had no problems with it!

Stayed 5 nights and loved it. Staff are fantastic, the facilities are great - yoga shala, pool and chill out area. Food is extremely good - very fresh and tasty. Great location, 2 mins walk to the beach and main strip. Yoga classes are professionally led, and you can also use the surfboards from the hotel. Room and open air bathroom are lovely. Super clean and comfortable - staff readily available to help with anything and we appreciated being notified when next door venues were having an event in the evening and what time it would end.
