What a great stay. The hosts are super friendly and offered tea when we arrived. the room is spacious and clean. mosquito net is not damaged and the ventilator works well. breakfast and dinner are very delicious and we recommend to buy dinner from the hosts (900lkr/person). specially to point out is the big balcony with seating area and roof covered. during our stay we had a rainy afternoon and it was perfect to hang out outside. the house is on a silent location and one of the nicests beaches we visited just 100m away. nearby is a small shop where you can buy water and snacks.

Because we love this place so much we returned for 3 more nights after our yoga-retreat. Immediately we felt like home again. The room has everything we need and is always very clean. The hospitality and awareness of this family is just incredible. Anu remembered our favourite dishes and every day we got a different one for dinner. Same with the breakfast. At the end they even got up in the middle of the night to give us a warm goodbye and a breakfast-parcel that we didn‘t stay hungry at the airport.

The very quiet Gardens, the lovely breakfasts, beautiful empty beach, lovely pool and courteous attentive staff. We had a gorgeous room with an out door,roll top bath. If you're looking for a quiet beach, this will hit the spot. The waves are strong so probably best for confident swimmers though you won't have to be an Olympian! The main house is also gorgeous with an airy colonial vibe. Evening meals can be taken at the beach restaurant over the road ( not a busy road). The place is gated with a 24hour watch for the security minded. Various swings, hammocks and board games dotted around. Peacocks, bee-eaters, monitor lizards and chipmunks abound. Heard a Coppersmith Barbet but didn't see it. Fruit bats fly over at sunset. Heaven!

Classy, clean, quiet and dreamy place right by the ocean. Rooms are very cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Julie and Jeremy are absolutely wonderful hosts. I highly recommend it.

Kameni & Nimal are definitely one of the most friendly, courteous & caring people we ever met. They give their whole heart to their guests, the breakfast is exceptionally delicious, the portions are so big that we were full until the evening. And it varies almost every day. This family are very helpful & caring people, they gave us the perfect tips for excursions & always had a sincere smile on their lips. We were even treated to our favorite freshly cooked meal as a farewell. These people welcomed us as if we were part of their family & we would come back anytime! Thank you for everything Kameni & Nimal, you are wonderful people. We will never forget you & highly recommend anyone to reside with you.

Property was located right next to the road so we had an easy access to get in and out. The facilities were excellent, really clean & spacious. The staff, specially Pramith, was very helpful and friendly. He shared a lot of valuable advice and local knowledge.
