We cannot recommend this place enough Super clean and comfy room, beautiful view from the balcony (especially at sunrise). There is a lovely walk through some sunny tea plantations just behind the property too. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. The food is incredible and they serve large amounts of it. Saman also cleaned the mats from our tuk tuk before we headed off. If we weren't on a tight schedule we would definitely have extended our stay. Beautiful location, amazing hosts and a stay we won't forget.

A wonderful simple & authentic home stay. The owners (mother & son) were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The tea & cake on arrival were very welcome! It was the perfect overnight stay before doing the 10minute walk to Nanuoya train station the next day. Would highly recommend.

We chose Ansi Villa for its proximity to Nanu Oya station and it exceeded our expectations in service and quality. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. Above all the family are kind and hospitable. They had messaged me about train station pick up but due to bad connection I hadn't got the message. The gentleman of the guesthouse came looking for us in his van anyway, and thankfully found us. When we arrived we were greeted with welcome tea and cake. Even their little boy is so hospitable and sweet. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I highly recommend Ansi Villa and will certainly stay again if I am back in Nanu Oya.

We loved this place. We booked minutes before turning up yet was still greeted with fresh juice and given a lovely bedroom . Everything was immaculate , nice bathroom, hot showers and comfortable bed. We had use of the beautiful lounge area and kitchen and outdoor seating, perfect for making a hot drink. The location is in a peaceful quiet part of town, only a 10 minute walk from the main town or train station but along quiet back roads. We found two great places to eat in town, very local , delicious food and cost very little. Nana made us a delicious breakfast with lots of different dishes the best we have had our whole trip and kept us full all day. Hatton is a great place to spend a few days in as there is so much to see only a bus trip away

Absolutely everything. Of particular mention are the little things like while at night I am sitting alone in the very comfortable lounge watching TV and the host brings a hot cup of coffee.

Lovely old colonial house. Very clean & comfy. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. Our home cooked dinner was one of the best meals of our holiday. Great value for money.
