It was a beautiful welcome! We were offered tea from their cinnamon plantation! The house over looks rice plantations, such a beautiful scenery to wake up to! They arranged our dinner, arranged our safari with a very good guide which we had the chance to see almost all animals in the national park. They prepared our breakfast for the safari as well! Clean spacious rooms with pressurised hot water! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

We stayed here for one night. The next day we went on a safari which was a new experience for us. They provided us with a very good jeep and a good driver.. Very nice rooms and it was very clean. The staff is very helpful. They brought us from Ella and dropped us back to Weligama for a very reasonable price. Everything was very good.

The room (with AC) and its bathroom was very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony on the river too. The family offers the possibility to have luch/dinner at their place for convenient prices. Sunethra, the woman who keeps the house is very friendly and she takes care of everything you need! Through the homestay we had the opportunity to book the Safari at Yala, they offer an half or full day experience and in the price are included the entrance ticket, the jeep and a lunch box. You don’t have to stress about anything. We highly recommend this accommodation.

An amazing property and family. The room was huge and spacious with fan and AC and the bathroom was big. The whole property was very clean and tidy. The owner, his wife and daughter were lovely and made us so welcome. The daughters English is fantastic and she loves to practice it with you. This has to be the best place we stayed in 16 days in Sri Lanka. If you are doing a safari to Yala then this place is so close to the entrance (closer thank Tisso) and the owner can organise a jeep at a very good price. The owners wife even allowed me to watch and help her cook our dinner in her kitchen. The food was amazing. We would definitely recommend this place.

10/10, 5 stars It worths every dollar Everything about this place is Perfect. The owner makes your trip x100 more joyable.. he gave us a bird safar the day before. picked me up from the bus station and dropped me back when i left, waited an hour for the bus with me and made sure im safe. He gives and dont expect back. The jeep and tour guid were perfect.. the tour guide spoke english fluintly and stopped at every animal, we saw the difference with ither guides who did not care and obviously we had a privilage with the jeep and excellent guide. If u want a perfect experience of yala, just go there and u guarantee will!! 10/10 And this guy gigles are the best 🤣

Dilushika and Gayan were exceptional hosts, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delightful, and we also enjoyed dinner there—Dilushika's egg kottu is the best! The garden is stunning! I could have easily stayed longer. The beds were comfortable, complete with mosquito nets for a peaceful night's sleep. I loved sleeping by the soothing sounds of birds. The view is absolutely breathtaking! They also organize safari at the best price with excellent guides. Additionally, they arranged a taxi to Ella for us at a rate even better than Uber.
