Hiša Aleš absolutely exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were travelling to Slovenia for our mini honey-moon and Hiša Aleš was our last point before returning home. The staff at the hotel were incredible and truly made our stay the last cherry on the cake for the trip. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The dinner at their restaurant was 10/10. We even got to meet the neighbours cat who visits the hotel every evening!

Beautiful place, very friendly and professional staff, plenty of testy food. Very affordable price and the owner made us feel very-very homey and welcome. Very polite and freindly owner with much to say about the country and town itself, studio was very good. Škofja Loka is cute tiny scenic place with medieval charm, about half way between Ljubljana and Kranj.

Clean and easy wooden cabins, very remote and ideal to relax with kids as there are animals and a playground. Open kitchen and shared bathroom is clean and inviting. There is a 20 min walk to the river which is worth the walk - great for a refresh. The manager is super responsive and very friendly/ welcoming. We only stayed for 1 night and would have loved to stay longer. This is perfect for relaxing in nature with your family.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The hosts were just amazing, the food was the best we had on our whole trip in Slovenia and the place is in a very beautiful and calm place. The double room was more than enough for two people and the private parking was perfect. Thank you very much for taking care of us although we stayed only for one night.
