The space is brand new refurbished and done so in a very modern beautiful way. The dorm size was exceptional, there was storage in the rooms and the bathroom. Privacy was good, communal areas were also great, each level had a balcony and places to hang outside the dorm. The location was also really great, just out of the main centre of Pai, next to a big green park that has a community Saturday market. With so much to do in Pai this was one of the best guesthouses I have stayed in that provided a relaxation space.

I love the greenery surrounding the property and also the stunning view of the mountain. In the morning, I could see the fogs/clouds rolling off the hills, and then the sunshine slowly shome on the hill, producing an amazing light and shadow picture in front of me. The side windows can be completely open without facing any neighbours and it just faces the greenery. The kitchen is very handy and I could use the fridge and chopped up some fruits. I also made a hot drink once. I am a cat lover, so Sangsom the friendly cat is especially a highlight for our stay! I am missing him already. The place is a bit outside of the centre, yet still very reachable (just 5-10mins from walking street) by scooter. I love the tranquility of this place.

The hotel is very conveniently located just off the Pai walking street. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The customer service was above and beyond, we accidentally left a bluetooth speaker in the room and not only did they help send it back to us, it turned out they also covered the cost of sending it when I asked about the payment method. Would certainly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Pai.
