The location is magic with an amazing view on the Mediterranean and direct access to the sea. Service is impeccable, very attentive to details and to satisfy any requests of the clients. The view combined with the service and comforts make it the perfect place to be in La Marsa. We will for sure come back again.

Beautiful, cosy and relaxing spot at the heart of la marsa! The hosts are extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The place is very well-equipped and the beautifully decorated terrace gives a lovely start and ending for the day!

For many reasons we were very pleased with our four-night stay at Dar Souad. One reason for that is that our accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms were large and bright, attractively furnished and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the showers excellent, and one room had a good-sized balcony with two large deck chairs. Another reason is that Dar Souad is filled with furniture and furnishings of great beauty -- tiles, lamps, chests, and much more. The internal courtyard with its pool, plants and art objects is especially attractive. Moreover, there are many very attractive places to sit and to talk or to read or to sip cool drinks. In addition, staff were friendly and helpful. A very special feature of Dar Souad is the quality -- and indeed the diversity -- of the cuisine. Breakfast was an exciting meal with numerous familiar and unfamiliar items -- all fresh, tasty and harmonious. We ordered dinner for three evenings and were delighted with the results. Every dish was flavourful but never heavy or exaggerated. We certainly recommend the tagines and the Ottoman ragout. Seasonal vegetables were featured. It was March, and artichokes, peas, and carrots were abundant. Desserts were always a real treat. In short, we very much appreciated the refined, delicate and tasty meals. The location of Dar Souad suited us well, especially as we had a car. The various Punic and Roman sites in Carthage were easy to reach; driving to the Medina and to the fabulous Bardo Museum took time, but neither trip was problematic and parking was not a problem. Parking near the Dar Souad was also not a problem.

We had a lovely stay here and the experience felt a lot like a mix between a hotel and a bed and breakfast. In fact, it really felt like we were simply staying in a lovely house and that we lived there always. It's a beautiful house and we had a wonderful room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The concierge/manager Arij was so lovely and she and her team went above and beyond one night to make us a really special dinner experience in the house. Contacting her for anything we needed was easy and quick and she really cared about making our stay the best it could be.

Everything ! The breakfast is simple but I can guarantee way better than some hotels ! The host is amazing and friendly! And the villa is simply wonderful !!

The property was beautiful and very cozy. The staff at the house were absolutely a joy to be around. The breakfast they prepared was delicious and if we needed anything they were always available to assist.

This bed-and-breakfast style mansion is incredible. Each room is different and very elegant but what really makes this place run is its owner and manager Matty. He is extremely hospitable and willing to do anything to help you enjoy your stay in his country

The soul , decor , energy , vibes and on top of that the friendliness of each individual. I thought of trying Four Seasons and then move for my last few days here. I know now for sure next time i am coming i am definitely staying in this one not the four seasons. The beds are so comfy you will sleep better than home. Sana , Jehaan and all the staff are amazing. You will feel at home at all times.

Authentic place — wonderful, the Place and the room was very clean and extremely quiet. Perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. The host is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean. It truly feels like being at home.
