We got an amazing stay in Gedik Cave Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always available to solve any problem and make your stay better. The breakfast is really good, and the location is super good to go to Goreme city center and to see the balloons in the morning. We got balloons going over us in the hotel terrace. I recommend this place.

If we could give this place an 11 out of 10 we would! The property was so beautiful and everything was kept so clean. The rooftop terrace and sitting areas were amazing. We were able to see the balloons almost every morning. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. They even accommodated us by doing our laundry which was so helpful when travelling for a while. The room was very spacious and they cleaned it every day. I can not recommend this place enough!

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, they helped a lot with booking for us all the experiences we wanted to try and also got very good prices for them, the room was very clean and cleaning services during the vacation were great, breakfast always fresh and more than enough, excellent location of the guesthouse. Outstanding Hospitality – Truly Above and Beyond Our stay at this hotel was made extra special by the incredibly kind and helpful owners. They were always available, genuinely accommodating, and treated us more like family than guests. One moment we’ll never forget was when it started raining just as we were heading out for dinner. We asked if we could borrow an umbrella, but instead, the owner kindly offered to drive us to the BBQ House restaurant herself. Not only that, she even spoke to the restaurant owner to make sure someone would accompany us back afterward. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The overall atmosphere, service, and warmth from the owners made our stay truly memorable. We felt safe, valued, and very well taken care of. Highly recommended—we would definitely return!

Very kind, responsive and at the same time unobtrusive hosts. They got up early to prepare breakfast for our early departure. Hearty breakfasts. I liked the family house with thick walls, not hot in summer. Amazing view of Avanos and hot air balloons from the restaurant and common area. Beautifully landscaped garden and BBQ area. It was possible through the host to book a hot air balloon flight at a good price.
