A great family run guesthouse. The rooms are clean and airy, bed is comfy and it’s nice and quiet. Wi-Fi and hot water work well. It’s close to shops, cafes and restaurants. And has big market and supermarket about 10 minutes walk. I stayed for a month and would def recommend to anyone. Great value and the family are just lovely.

Easy check-in and check-out. Location is more local and not too close to the beach but you can take grab. Also it's walking distance from the airport which is a plus for some people. Upon arrival we were surprised at how accurate the photos of the room were, which is sometimes not the case on Booking. Spacious room with a lot of windows and a comfortable bed. Being sensitive to smells, I was relieved to finally have a room with zero damp smell in Vietnam! Everything was very clean and the whole homestay is aired out. I personally loved the bathroom and the shower a lot, it was very spacious, there was enough hot water and the water pressure was strong. Self-service laundry for a very cheap price. People complain about the sounds from the temple nearby but for us it was nice - it didn't go on for long in the evening and actually it was pretty soothing and relaxing to listen to. Great place to stay!

The place was really clean and the room was awesome. Vincent, our host, made sure that everything was perfect for us and really cared for our comfort. His English was really good, which eased a lot our interactions. We rented a motorbike and he took care of all the checking and paperwork. In the end, he gave us some information about the boats schedules for the Cham Islands, which was our next destination. To sum up, our stay was really enjoyable, we really recommend this place.
