I loved the place. It's so beautiful and clean. Eric is a super host, he ensured that we were fully catered to. He light us a fire the first night, and provided us free fire wood for the duration of our stay. Amazing place, close to all the local shops, restaurants and bars. I will definitely go back.

I have nothing negative to say about this accommodation. We had a wonderful stay. It was big and spacious, very well equipped and nice big comfortable bed. It was in a quiet area but close enough for a quick walk and you are in the centre of the town. Everywhere you look you are surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery. During our stay there was a big power outtage due to Eskom but the accommodation still had basic necessities like lights, TV and warm water. You can see that Manie made a lot of effort to make the place cozy and comfortable.

By far the best guest house we have ever stayed in. Johan and Tim were exceptional hosts and serve the best breakfasts. The room was beautiful and extremely neat with all the ammenities you may need. I will highly recommend Patcham Place for your visit to Clarens.
