Amazing property, everything is brand new, interior is well thought of till the smallest details, modern and beautiful. Has everything you need for a perfect stay including essentials as wifi, mini fridge, soap, shower gel&shampoo, water boiler with coffee, tea etc, braai area. Check in and key retrieval was seemless via code box. Secure parking. We were lucky to meet the amazing owners who greeted us like family with a welcoming amarulla drink, provided us with information, tips, sightseeing options and restaurant advice not only for the Clarens area but even for Johannesburg for later of our trip. As a special attention we received 2 vouchers for a free drink at a local restaurant. We had an amazing stay, great talks with the owners and fun playtime with their dog. Definetely will be visiting again if in the country. Highly recomendable.

Communication with Erich was very good, he is a lovely host. The property is superb. Location is great Town is only an 800m walk or drive, and 30 min drive to Golden Gate Highlands National Park. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, and all good quality. Highly recommend.

Our cottage was extremely neat, clean, functional and tasteful. The garden is incredibly beautiful! The location is perfect and within walking distance of the town centre. The owners were available and gave us lots of tips about places to eat and attractions in the area. They also brought a lovely bottle of wine for my husband to celebrate his 70th birthday. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Immaculate rooms in a dreamy setting. The rooms were very large with en-suite bathrooms. Lots of extra little details made it very special. Like your milk in a glass bottle and some port to enjoy in the room. The hosts were super friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The breakfast was also the best I’ve had in a long time. It was different to the usual fare. Interesting and so very tasty.

I really liked that the room was fully self catering: A small electric stove, kettle, microwave, fridge and braai with all the necessary utensils. It has a lovely view of the mountains and its walking distance from the square (200m) and from nearby hiking trails. The room is neat and you feel at home.
