El XVA Art hotel está situado en el corazón del barrio histórico Al Bastakiya. We loved the architecture, the gorgeous cafe and spaces. The location was fantastic, the hotel was hidden away but then opens right onto a square. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to let us check in early. Communication beforehand was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. We were room 16 and there are no windows due to the layout but that worked well the cool the room and use the air con for sleeping.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-tier experience and would love to stay here again in the future.

Hyba Heritage Guest House está en Dubái, a 6,2 km de Gran Mezquita, y dispone de servicio de conserjería, habitaciones libres de humo, salón de uso común, wifi gratis y restaurante. Ubicado a 3 mnt metro Al Ras, linea verde,el hotel estaba de obras, se encuentra un poco escondido, en zona peatonal. Las zonas comunes no se si por la obra pero hacia un calor infernal,ya en la habitación no. La habitación recién reformado era grande, cama 2 mtr, baño grande, era perfecta,con nevera,café o té, y agua fría. El personal de 10, muy atento, llegamos de madrugada y nos atendieron súper bien. Muy bien calidad precio, espero que cuando acabe la obra en las zonas comunes pongan aire porque salías de la habitación y era una sauna, en esta época en Dubái hay temperaturas de 45C y sensación térmica de 50 C.

The room was okay , But there is no guest assistant, we are booking from online , once we arrive there it’s took as long time to wait for someone who’s bring as to the room and etc .. the way we’re waiting was no any desk to sit even , we are as a guest we are waiting outside in the road side , the weather was so hot outside it’s make us uncomfortable Not worth it at all …
