The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The hotel has very responsible and caring staff. Upon registration, we were treated to a delicious salad and a Bavarian sandwich. The breakfast is very tasty in the form of a buffet. The room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom has soap and shampoo, towels. The hotel has a very good location and is close to the lifts to the highest point in Germany. I liked everything very much.

Το Gästehaus Lehnerer Grainau είναι σε Grainau, σε απόσταση 6,8 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Μουσείο Aschenbrenner και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και βεράντα. Family run. Great view from road. Just two bedrooms upstairs with balcony. Very quiet. Breakfast is laid out in the morning outside the room for you to help yourself. With the tax you pay the owner gives you a travel pass to use in the area. We went on the cable car to Zugspitz which was wonderful and caught the bus just down the road. Had 2 meals at Dorfbrunnen hotel (which gives massive potions!) which is 5 minutes in the car (a bit too far to walk). Would highly recommend a stay here.

It might seem that I exaggerate, but we really had the time of our lives!! Thanks to the hotel, Simon, and the beautiful area. Me (27M) and my girlfriend(23F) could not have found a better place. We were well prepared (or so we thought) and knew exactly what to do, where and when, until we met Simon. He was super friendly and helped us refine our activities with secret local spots and choosing the right day for each activity. For my girlfriend and me this was perfect. (Even if you are not so well prepared Simon will point you towards all the gems exactly tailored to your wishes.) The appartment itself is super clean and recently renovated (while keeping the rustic alpine style). We loved the cozy wooden interior and the bed was very comfortable (including the pillows!!). I almost forgot the great view, see the photo. The location directly at the Fernpass road B179, was ideal for us. We had many things planned such as Zugspitze, Neuschwannstein, Drachensee, Partnachklamm, Breitachklamm and canyoning, which were all within 1h driving (many even much less). This was ideal for us and made a super action packed, beautiful vacation possible for us. Last but not least Simon made a custom mountainbike loop exactly to my wishes, which was one of the coolest (and hardest, cardio wise) experiences I have had in a while, completely for free. He has an amazing collection of bikes which you can borrow for free. With that I would like to conclude that I can only very much recommend staying here. Best wishes, R & E

Location is convenient, close to supermarket, ski area, 10 minutes by car to Lermoos. Also nearby is the railway station. The apartment is well equipped, clean and warm. Each room has a sink. Very welcoming hosts, they provide a very positive and friendly atmosphere. Angelica answered questions instantly and solved problems in less than a minute. We were able to get everything we needed for the child.
