Amazing recently refurbished hotel in American River. The rooms were spacious and super comfy beds. We actually spotted the glossy black cockatoo from our balcony. The hosts were super friendly and served a delicious breakfast every morning and we went for their 7 course fine dining for dinner where we got to watch sunset and was the best meal we had on the island hands down

The cabin is surrounded by pine trees and grass land. Perfectly located at the heart of the island making it easy to get to any spot. We enjoyed out stay a lot!

CandE’s Guesthouse está en Kingscote. La casa o chalet dispone de 1 dormitorio, TV de pantalla plana y cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, lavavajillas, lavadora, horno y microondas. Craig was a wonderful host. We got lost heading there at night and he helped us get settled. His recommendations were also spot on and we managed to see all the wildlife in the area, whether in the trees on the property (koalas, Kimmy, Jimmy, and Ducky) or on the coast (dolphins). Would highly recommend this property and any other the other CandE properties on the island. Tips for travelling to KI: - No small car hire even if your party is small - gravel roads for some of the prettiest locations. - Get the KI tourist booklet at the airport - only Telstra gets connection, so the island map is a lifesaver. - Definitely reach out to Craig for island recommendations :)

This accommodation is a paradisiacal place in the middle of nature with ever-present wild animals. The hosts Betty and Peter provide guests with all the important tips and things they need to live comfortably in the flat, including delicious provisions for breakfast for the first few days. The tastefully and fully furnished flat impresses with many small details. Everything has been thought of here! It is ideal for a couple and offers plenty of privacy for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob (without oven) and lots of utensils. The hobby chef will not be left wanting. The bed has a soft surface on which we slept comfortably. The days we spent in this accommodation were a highlight of our trip to Australia. Many thanks to the hosts. .
