Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. Absolutely loved the location. Having the mountain "to ourselves" once the chairlift closes felt very exclusive. Kai the host couldn't do enough to make our stay special. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Views are out of this world.

Cable TV and a minibar are a standard in each room. Amazing location, we stayed longer to walk around the lake. Really nice breakfast with amazing view. Friendly staff.

The spacious rooms at Gasthaus zum Kreuz are non-smoking. All feature wooden furniture, cable TV, and a bathroom. Incredible view of the lake and mountains. The owner runs everything very efficiently. It was flawless. He was very kind, nice, polite, efficient. The hotel has a great atmosphere. Makes you feel good being there. My family loved it. We took 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the hotel. So we had both views and both were lovely. Free car park right in front of the hotel is certainly a lovely bonus.

The stylish Wanderlust Guesthouse is located in Weggis, 200 metres form the lake and at the foot of the Rigi mountain. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Lucerne is a 30-minute drive away. Everything was clean, new and pretty. The concept of having a community place while having private rooms is quite nice, and the staff (who are also the owners) is super friendly and helpful. It's also really cool to stay at a women owned business!😃

Pasta dishes, pizza and risotto are served at Ristorante Schlössli. Homemade desserts include tiramisu, panna cotta with blueberries and chocolate mousse. Everything! Location is great, easy to find and easy on public transport. Charming authentic hotel with great and clearly very popular restaurant downstairs. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, basic, but we knew that. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
