He organised a taxi to the airport and confidence that things will work out well for us, given we don't speak Spanish. The other lad who was on the staff was just gorgeous, I felt pretty stressed and impatient, he was so nice, patient and did his best to make sure our stay was as good as it could possibly be. Thanks to these two and the cleaning / cafe staff. We are so grateful for your help and getting us out of Pasto. The neighbourhood is great, lots of places to eat and it's safe to walk around. Breakfast was actually pretty good also, good coffee.

Quizás el lugar no es muy central, pero es de fácil acceso a través del transporte público.

The property was beautiful and had amazing rooms and interesting and beautiful decor throughout - it reminded you of a Swiss Cottage with the cute curtains and the room had two amazing balconies to enjoy the stunning view over the lake. So many windows everywhere to make sure you got incredible views of the lake all around the building - we particularly loved the huge windows in the restaurant that gave incredible views and was a lovely place to sit and relax. The staff were amazing and so genuinely kind and helpful and really cared. The extra touches of hot water bottle in your bed at night and coming to light the huge fire place to make the room really cozy - were amazing too and really appreciated
