I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in French Hotel. Everything was perfect, the room was very fresh, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, a very nice balcony. The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, very calm, no noise, very near to the beach. We highly recommend this place.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Guest House Sunrise is situated in Khulo. The property has mountain and lake views. The guest house features an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. We traveled for 3 weeks through Georgia and this was the best guesthouse! It is actually a spacious apartment with a living room and kitchen and two bedrooms (which you have to book separately). It is beautifully furnished, spotless clean and offers fantastic views. The breakfast was delicious!! The couple who runs the place is very welcoming and sweet. They live beside the apartment. If you your itinerary goes through Khulo make a Stopp and stay there, you won’t regret it.

One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room, which we enjoyed every morning. The beautiful balcony was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!
