The place is great. The metro is in good distance, room was clean and the whole place is tidy yet cosy. Comunication with owner was very fast and he helped us with everything. Definitely would recommend.

In short, Sweet Home is an incredible value for money. We rented two rooms in front of each other on the second floor. The rooms were like in the photos and according to the description. The rooms are comfortable, AC works great, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Because there are only two rooms on the second floor, it was very private and quiet, we could not hear anyone from the kitchen at no point at day. A nice addition was a cute shadowed terrace at the entrance where it was so nice to drink a cup of coffee even on a hot day. There is a super delicious chebureki restaurant in a 3 minute walk distance

We were absolutely delighted with the guesthouse! The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks to them. They created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The stable Wi-Fi was a great bonus.
