The breakfast basket replenished every morning. After checkout, we were offered to leave our luggage in the hotel. Before our ferry was leaving, the host brought it to us to the port free of charge.

Dapia the capital and port of Spetses with its seaside cafes and traditional taverns is 900 metres away. The property provides free transfer to and from the port upon arrival and departure. Free parking is available on site. This is a family run property and it is obvious the family takes great care with their hotel and with their guests.

Only 100 metres from the beach, Guesthouse Niriides is located in Dapia and offers air-conditioned accommodation with garden or sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The front desk at Guesthouse Niriides can provide information on local nearby attractions such as the Plateia Roloyiou (Clock Square) or the Spetses Museum. The owners of the accommodation are wonderful and helpful people. The staff is kind and willing. The room clean and spacious with a large bathroom and an amazing balcony with a view of the sea. Wonderful breakfast in the garden of the guesthouse with a choice. Excellent location, quiet, no fuss, very close to the center and only 5 minutes from the port on foot. The best choice I could have made. Will definitely choose it again.

Mimoza is conveniently situated on Ayia Marina road, a 5-minute walk away from Ayia Marina Beach and a 2-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour. Free WiFi is available in public areas.

Plenty of good restaurants and nightclubs are to be found nearby. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the small town of Spetses and the Dapia harbour. I'm not sure what we can add that hasn't already been said. Tina is an excellent host. She explained where we should visit and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent, fresh orange juice and bacon & eggs as well as many fabulous freshly baked sweet and savoury options. Our room got upgraded due to a cancellation and we had a larger balcony overlooking the front street (lovely watching the horse and carriages go by). We hired an ATV for the day just opposite the hotel and had a great day exploring the island (€40). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tina 🤗

Well situated in the centre of Spetses, Stelios Hotel offers a balcony, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. The 1-star guest house features sea views and is 90 metres from Agios Mamas Beach. The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from Port of Spetses. Perfect location - easy walk from the ferry terminal. Plenty of cafes and tavernas nearby. Supermarket across the street. Best of all was the proximity to the clean, safe, family friendly beach....hours in the water and lazing on the free sun beds (first come, first served).
