The host's husband, who was filling in while she attended to family matters, was very friendly and even gave us a tour of his hurling stick manufacturing and shop. It's a gated yard, so it felt very secure, and the breakfast area had everything you needed for a little snack or a good start to the day!

The location is good and the town center is at a walkable distance. The room was super clean and kettle with tea/coffee/ cookies was provided, along with bottles of water. Staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Dushanka. Jim and Nancy were excellent host and would recommend this property without a doubt. Very close to TUS Midlands as had visited to settle my daughter.

Mark and Linda have a beautiful home, which is a walking distance to the town area, Athlone Castle, and the lake nearby. The amenities were simple and well put together. The rooms are clean and immaculate. Huge parking space as well.

It's located at the center area of Mullingar but it's very quiet. The place is new, organised and clean. The staffs are very kind and efficient to solve problems. It's very safe! I only stayed one night at Hardwood Hall, but it was such a lovely experience. The bed was incredibly comfy – perfect after a long day of travel. In the morning, I was treated to a delicious homemade breakfast that really hit the spot. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Even in just one night, the hospitality stood out. I’d happily come back for a longer stay next time!
