This is an apartment hotel. The room is comfortable, bright and clean. There is a shower and toilet inside of room. Comfortable bed. The common dining room is large in size. There is a capsule coffee machine. I really liked the location of this place - the city center, you can quickly walk to all interesting objects. I was met by a nice girl who explained in detail what and where it was. She recommended an excellent restaurant where this property has a 10% discount

We had an excellent time at Casa Maghinardo. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are pretty with nice bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic with amazing choice of food. The home made cheesecake was to die for. Absolutely fantastic little hotel. The staff was super attentive, helpful and incredibly kind. Will definitely come back .

Perfect in every little detail, central location but my room at the back was quiet and peaceful and also clean and spacious. Supply of biscuits, tea and coffee were welcome, and my breakfast was one of the best I've had. The human hosts are charming and made me feel at home, while the feline hosts were very well behaved. I love cats and it was great to have them around, but I was assured they can be kept out of the way for anyone who is less fond of them or allergic. Highly recommended.

Accommodation, was as described on the website, and it is in a rural area just south of Faenza in Emilia Romano part of north eastern Italy. Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.

The location was absolutely fabulous. The house is a historical building, with lovely terrace, thoughtful details such a some books about the city, and air con, which was much appreciated in the hot month of July when we visited. Being in a limited trafic zone it was very quiet.

Santa Maria Foris is in the historical centre of Ravenna, a 5-minute walk from the Galla Placidia Museum, Basilica San VItale and Piazza del Popolo square.
