Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Property was beautiful, and well kept.

The hotel was beautiful design, beautiful location, exceptionally clean and pleasant. We loved that this is also a social impact program - providing training and employment to disabled people. Really beautiful all around.

Stopped off here halfway through the Shimanami Kaido. Reo was such a good host and Tora is such a good cat. We chatted for ages and exchanged gifts. The room was an authentic Japanese experience.

Beautiful hostel with very friendly and helpful hosts! We were tired from our bike trip and they gave us restaurant recommendations and directions to the local onsen. Extremely clean and new amenities, and they even let us borrow some "spa kits" free of charge to take to the onsen! They also have a cafe attached but I don't think it's open all the time — they were doing some construction to prepare for Golden Week. Easily one of the best hostels I've stayed at.

He picked us up from the port and even picked us up from another port in the night time (we survived from the most adventurous journey - thankful to Koji!). Talk about the place: the guesthouse is cozy and warm. The shared facilities included kitchen and washing machine. The price of ramen and washing pods are the same price in the convenience store and may be cheaper. E-bikes are also provided with the cheap rate (1000 yen/day).

Quiet charming inn along the ocean front. It’s not far from attractions and restaurants, accessible by car.

Σε απόσταση 300μ από Κήπος Shinkeien και 8,6 χλμ από Mizushima Ryokuchi Fukuda Park στον προορισμό Κουρασίκι, το 滔々 倉敷民藝館南の宿 toutou, Mingeikan Minami no Yado προσφέρει δωρεάν WiFi. This room was so beautiful! I would move in :) The attention to detail here is insane. Highly recommended.

Το Minpaku Yorozuya - Vacation STAY 12905 βρίσκεται σε Kurayoshi, σε απόσταση 49 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Tottori Sand Dunes και προσφέρει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi and δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο... It was a great experience to stay at Minpaku Yorozuya. It was an interesting experience to live like a local in a tatami room. The owners of the property are very nice and hospitable people. In the owners' house, you can see a large collection of things related to the famous anime "Detective Conan". In addition, the respected owner showed us very beautiful lamps that he makes himself, and in the evening the owners kindly offered us to try a traditional Japanese tea ceremony with a sensei with the opportunity to make our own green tea. They also treated us to delicious baked sweet potatoes and gave us souvenirs related to the anime. It was very nice. At Yura Station, where the property is located, there are many interesting locations dedicated to the anime Detective Conan. If you are a fan of this anime, or just interested in Japanese culture and traditions, you should definitely stay at this friendly house.

The breakfast was amazing. So beautifully prepared and served. The hospitality is exceptional. We had bed warmers for the night and were sent on our way with hand warmers as the weather was cold.

Το OMISHIMA SPACE Omoya είναι σε Imabari, σε απόσταση 30 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine και προσφέρει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο χώρο... The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was incredibly clean and orderly. Traditional japanese housing but at the same time had a feeling of modernity. I was impressed by the attention to detail on all amenities present in the accommodation. The bed was so comfortable. It has a perfect location for those cycling the Shimanami Kaido. Keep in mind that it is a shared house, so you will be sharing the same common spaces with others staying, although this was no issue for me. I would highly recommend Omishima Space and I hope to be back in future!
