The property is beautiful with a great common room and kitchen with stunning views. The rooms are comfortable and all facilities are absolutely immaculately clean. The staff were a true highlight of the stay. they were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was just great and we plan to return next season.

The host is very responsive before, during, and after the stay. Even though the bathroom and showers are shared, all the facilities are clean and the amenities provided, such as coin laundry, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a cosy common area, really exceeded my expectations. AEON mall / supermarket is 5 minutes away and the JR station/bus terminal is about 20 minutes away on foot. Easy peasy in terms of access. Highly recommend!

Nawate Guesthouse dispone de salón de uso común, terraza, restaurante y bar en Matsumoto. Hermosa Guesthouse, muy cálido el espacio y su gente. Muy buena ubicación. Tiene cocina completa, lockers, se puede trabajar tranquilamente y está siempre impecable.

Cafe&stay CASTANA se encuentra en Matsumoto, a 3,4 km de Estación de Matsumoto y a 6,1 km de The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum. The hosts were amazing! They were really helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was unique as it was previously a cafe and it was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Lovely children's books and magazines.

Togoro está en Nozawa Onsen, a 32 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani, y ofrece habitaciones con vistas a la montaña y wifi gratis. No better place to stay in Nozawa! Chi and Shuei the owners are the loveliest, most welcoming and helpful hosts. The lodge is beautiful and clean, the rooms are large with ensuite toilet and shared shower room. The breakfast each morning is delicious. The location is amazing right in the centre of the village, a short 10min walk to Hikage Gondola or shuttle to Nagasaka Gondola. You can buy lift passes at the lodge and Chi and Shuei are willing to help with anything. I loved my stay here and really hope to stay again.

La casa es hermosa, atrás esta el bosque y al frente están los campos de arroz. Es una zona muy tranquila. Para moverse se aseguraron de buscarme y traerme de la estación o del pueblo en el auto. Hay mucho que recorrer por la zona, pueblos aledaños y muy recomendable visitar en la época de floración ya que hay sakuras ancestrales para ir a ver. Realmente es de los mejores recuerdos que me llevo de Japón. No dudes en pasar unos días aquí. Me sentí unos días como en casa con una recibida tan cálida. Muchas gracias!

You might see the incredible ratings for this property and think “Surely that must be some sort of exaggeration.” I can confidently tell you after staying with Chikako and Koji-San that they deserve every star they have and more. The hard work and care they put into the Guest House and customers can be felt through every nook and cranny of the property. You can tell that they care deeply about the guests and have a passion for hospitality and high level of service. I was picked up by Koji-san from the bus terminal to the Guest House where Chikako welcomed me and showed me the premises. I was traveling solo and booked a female dorm room, a cozy traditional room with tatami flooring. The property also has a great hot bath that rejuvenates the body after a day of skiing or snowboarding. You can put down your name on a whiteboard for breakfast time and which slope you would like to go to. In the morning Chikako made breakfast for all of us that consisted of eggs, toast, bacon, coffee, cornflakes, yogurt, orange juice; everything you need. Then Koji-san drove me to the slope of my choice and even picked me up after. I couldn’t have wished for better hosts, they made me feel so welcome and safe that I will definitely come back again with family and friends to show them this wonderful hidden gem in the Japanese Alps.
