Lovely hotel, walking distance to the Elephant Transit house. The food, the hospitality, the help, the room everything was just right. We got to the hotel about 1pm and asked if we could do the afternoon safari at 2. no problem whatsoever. We saw a heard of elephants with the babies feeding and the whole family interacting. Never normally stay in a hotel for the evening but had dinner there and it was amazing. same with breakfast, would highly recommend.

La casita que nos tocó estaba muy limpia y con todas las comodidades ( wifi, toallas, ac, etc). Las zonas comunes donde está la piscina están nuevas. Cenamos y desayunamos allí y nos gustó mucho los platos típicos que nos preparamos. 100% recomendable hacer el safari, nosotros lo hicimos con ellos.

EdenHaven Cottage, que cuenta con jardín, terraza y vistas al jardín, se encuentra en Udawalawe, a 14 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe. Todo, desde el trato con el personal, la ubicación y sobretodo que estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio. El personal era muy familiar y atentos y estaban pendiente de todo lo que necesitáramos.

Lovely setting in a beautiful homestay environment. It was very peaceful sitting in their beautiful garden, and the orchestra of frogs in the evening was a delight. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. Dimu and his wife were so genuine and lovely, and the curries were delicious. Dimu organised a safari tour with Sumudu as our guide. Sumudu's knowledge and respect for the animals was very much appreciated. We saw many wild elephants, Sambur deer (very rare), deer, wild boar, golden jackals, Buffalo, crocodiles, peacocks, monitor lizards, mongoose and many beautiful birds. One of the highlights of our trip! Thanks for an amazing stay, Dimu!

Forest Edge Safari Villa se encuentra a 16 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe, en Udawalawe, y dispone de jardín y terraza. We had a wonderful stay there. We could watch the forrest with the monkeys from the room. The host was more then service orientated. Breakfast was more than fantastic. Price for value was amazing. We can really recommend it.

We loved the quiet location and that it is family run. The room is so lovely, clean and comfortable. Mango Tree House organized two unforgettable safari trips. On the full day of safari a lovely breakfast and lunch were packed up for us. Owners are so kind and helpful. Also, the food is the best food we’ve had this whole trip! Incredible vegetarian Sri Lankan food- we are worried we will never find curry that tastes as good again!

We were greated by a welcome drink, the family cooked us a really nice 4 curry dinner. They also helped us organise a safari trip and gave us a king coconut on our way out. We really enjoyed our stay and the whole experience. Highly recommend.

He took care of my family as if we were his family. He arranged a great safari and coordinated taxis and logisics. The food we ate there was the best we had in Sri Lanka.
