Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is good for access to the beach, town and restaurants. Free coffee available in the morning with sugar and powdered milk. Free drinking water available. We had a great stay for 4 weeks.
