Lovely hosts and charming atmosphere. Special quirky place in fantastic location.

The host is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious! They included a fresh fruit salad, yoghurt,coffee, nuts, a cooked meal with egg of your choice, and my personal favourite; passion fruit juice made on site. I enjoyed this visit entirely, the host made this time extra special through her kind acts and service.

I like about the homely environment of casa quimera. Imelda has been a great host and provide help every time when i asked for it.

Very clean, quiet and great location with all the facilities you need. The staff was great, they offered me a (free) late check out because of my (long) flight back home that day.

Our family had such a great stay , Nuno was an excellnt host .We were so central that we could walk everywhere . Excellent cafeteria opposite the guest house. The place was spotless at all times of day and we received very useful information from Nuno . We would definately stay there again.

It's a great location in the heart of Maputo. The guesthouse is very close to the market and no hassle to get nice food around. It's my regular place in Maputo.

The location is great and Miguel was the perfect host. He arranged our collection from the airport and welcomed us at the guesthouse. He was super helpful in organising a tour of the city as well as a return trip to the airport. The guest house is unconventional but the quirkiness of it, makes it even more exciting to stay. Having Piri-Piri restaurant below the guesthouse is a great advantage. Staff were friendly, especially the guy who runs the curio shop at the bottom of the stairs. The bed was comfortable and the aircon welcome.
