Prem and his family are the greatest people I've met in Nepal ( and I mean it!!). You will have an opportunity to stay with many locals and share about their culture. A lot of cute kids were always playing around, so the place was really lively. The food was excellent and the room & bathroom were sparkling clean! The village of Namobuddha is very authentic and the scenery stunning. If you're lucky enough, you will also have the opportunity to meet Ian who lives there and runs a charity association to provide water pipelines for remote villages. Trust me, go there ...that's the kind of place you will never forget.

Το Nirvana Kuti βρίσκεται στο Κατμαντού και προσφέρει καταλύματα με ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια. Our window view was of a temple, and you are literally two blocks from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.

Rooms are spacious with modern bathrooms and hot water 24h. The buffet breakfast is delicious! U will find many sitting spots in the complex where u can work peacefully or just enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Attached to it is the nunnery and also a beautiful garden. It’s only 6m walk to the Stupa. Near the entrance there is a new clinic in case u need to do some checks. Many local restaurants are nearby. The price is modest and funds the nunnery 🙏🙏🙏

The Peacock Guesthouse is a most charming, heritage-rich, and truly special oasis in beautiful Bhaktapur. The staff are welcoming and kind. Their restaurant serves exquisite food. We dined at “home” each evening. We loved observing the colourful life in Dattatreya Square from our window perch. The breakfast is glorious. We savoured every moment of our time in this delightful gem.

Το ROKPA Guest House βρίσκεται στο Boudhanath της Tinchule, σε απόσταση 200μ. από το Boudhanath Stupa και τη Μονή Sechen. Παρέχεται δωρεάν Wi-Fi σε όλους τους χώρους. We will never forget our stay in the ROKPA guesthouse, the garden is a quite place to relax and the Boudhanat stupa is nearby and also some Buddhist monastries. We enjoyed the very friendly staffmembers and the good dinners at the restaurant.

Το Kathmandu Madhuban Guest House βρίσκεται στο Κατμαντού, σε απόσταση 1 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Hanuman Dhoka και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο χώρο... Clean and good size room, the staffs are all so helpful and kind, very pleasant personality. Good hot shower even on rainy day. As I kept the window open at night so it's slightly noisy but I use the earplugs and slept like a baby.

Σε απόσταση 900μ από Hanuman Dhoka και 1,1 χλμ από Πλατεία Kathmandu Durbar στον προορισμό Κατμαντού, το Zen Nest Hotel προσφέρει βεράντα. The owner and the staff were incredibly helpful and very welcoming. They were always ready to answer questions and give directions and even recommended a good restaurant and timing for momo. The owner also helped me to book the tourist bus without charging any commission. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. I love my short stay here. I will definitely reserve a stay here if I ever visit Kathmandu again.

What you see is what you get and that is great! Simple straightforward rooms in a nice and quite street close to all the beautifull squares. The manager is a wonderfully kind man who speaks perfect English, we stayed two nights more because we liked it so much. Good hot shower and everything is very clean.
