Nirvana Kuti ligt in Kathmandu, op 2,5 km van Swayambhunath en 3,5 km van Tempel van Swayambhunath. I stayed in Nirvana Kuti following the recommendation of Linda, a wonderful woman that I met in Delhi airport. She was indeed accurate: Nirvana Kuti is such a beautiful accomodation, comfortable, clean and pretty new. It was easy to feel home. Besides the comfort of the room, with a big, warm bed, with views to the temple just in front of the house, it is located just a few steps from Durbar square, in a very calm street. I slept extremely well and woke up to the beautiful views. Life is magical and I met Bobby, the owner of Nirvana Kuti, even before my stay. He kindly offered me a ride to Nirvana Kuti, and he made it very easy for me to feel home. Even more, he also allowed me to stay a bit longer because my bus was leaving in the evening. I appreciate Bobby's kindness and the beautiful taste in which the house is built. It is both comfortable and stylish, and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Bobby for making of my last days in Kathmandu (for this time) a beautiful experience and see you next time ♡

Tise Hotel bevindt zich in Kathmandu, op 7 minuten lopen van Boudhanath-stoepa, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Great location, exceptional staff who are always very pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money. Delicious breakfast. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Bodha.

Het is een beetje buiten het centrum dus lekker rustig. Wel faciliteiten in de buurt !

Green Mandala Inn bevindt zich in Kathmandu, op 3,9 km van Boudhanath-stoepa en 5,5 km van Pashupatinath, en biedt accommodatie met een restaurant, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. De service en het personeel is uitstekend en zeer vriendelijk. Ook is het maar 5 minuten lopen naar het Kopang klooster.

Het Dondrub Guest House ligt in de wijk Boudhha in Kathmandu, op 800 meter van de Boudhanath Stupa, een van de heiligste boeddhistische plaatsen van Kathmandu. The Anis were wonderful and the breakfast was a great addition that I hadn't expected. Delicious tea. Easy walk to Boudha stupa.

ROKPA Guest House ligt in Boudha, Tinchule, op 200 m van de Boudhanath Stupa en het Sechen klooster. Er is gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. The garden courtyard, beautiful and super cozy. The restaurant staff, the security team, the receptionist, everyone were super helpful and kind. And the location, wow, near and right in the center of the beautiful Tibetan area of Boudha. We got the Stupa Suite, the best room in Rokpa with direct access to the roof top terrace space. Felt like home.

Comfortable Accommodations: Shiva Guest House in Bhaktapur offers family rooms with private bathrooms, garden or mountain views, and modern amenities including free WiFi. The hotel is on the edge of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and our room looked directly out to the old palace and temples. Our view was gorgeous. When we wanted to go exploring, we could just step out of the hotel and everything was walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful. In fact, there was a glitch in the Booking.com app where our itinerary, inexplicably, did not match the hotel's. We got a bit anxious and stubborn because we had transcribed our intinerary based on our trip listings in the Booking app. But the owner very patiently asked us to sit down and figure it out, and we were humbled to find that our schedule was mixed up. We were able to sort it all out, because we were taking a side trip to stay outside of town for a night, returning to stay at Shiva House again. Shiva House stored our luggage while we were away. Also, the food in the restaurant is excellent. *There is a restaurant right next door as well, with a beautiful garden courtyard, worth checking out. We hired Myla (not sure of the spelling) to drive us to many sites, which was a great help. Everything is easy walking distance from Shiva House, and we loved that we could walk back and take a break at any time.
