Great location, quiet and private room. Friendly host.

Really nicely appointed rooms, quiet and comfortable. All required facilities. Great location. Prking was a bit too expensive (NZ$45 / night - self parked on site - but alternatives they notofy are much cheaper and not too inconvenient but at an outide location. Second room was excellent for wifi.

Awesome location, close to motorway, next to the botanical gardens so great for an early morning walk. Nice quiet neighborhood, great location in South Auckland. Easy host to deal with. House great value for money

Cathy is a fabulous host, very thoughtful, helpful, friendly & charming. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable with a lovely outdoor area everything you need to have a relaxing stay. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. I would highly recommend staying there & we would definitely love to stay again.

One cool place is completely accurate! Fabulous apartment, amazing views, day and night. Great location close to the action, shopping and nightlife. The apartment was super tidy and super clean, and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy, with quality bedding and linen. Michelle and Chris were a great hosts, with great communication, which made everything a breeze. This will be our new home away from home when we're in Auckland for business or pleasure.

the house was a charming bubble in time. quaint and comfortable and provided everything we needed. our host was particularly good company and really helpful - especially in finding a parking space is suck a busy location.
