Staying at this guesthouse was an absolute delight from start to finish. The owner and the staff were some of the warmest and kindest people I've ever met, so welcoming, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The owner even gifted each of us beautiful bukhoor before we left and waved us goodbye until we were out of sight. It felt like leaving family. They went out of their way to help us find an adapter we needed, and little touches like complimentary coffee and dates always available at the reception made us feel incredibly at home. The terrace offers a stunning view which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or for enjoying sunrise. The guesthouse itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated in traditional Omani style, and has everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of old Nizwa. You can easily walk to the souq, the fort, and all the main attractions. It’s also just a short stroll from where the Mwasalat Muscat–Nizwa buses drop you off. This was truly one of the most memorable stays of my life. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the comfort...everything was perfect. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Nizwa. Highly, highly recommended!

First of all I want to appreciate our hospitable host Hossein, he is a welcoming gentleman that we felt we're in our home. The guesthouse is located in a tranquil and peaceful area , however it's in walking distance to attractions such as Fort and Nizwa Souq! Also he suggested us some places to visit in the way back Muscat which was a great suggestion.

A hotel with excellent service, great value, and a prime location at the heart of it all. From the moment you enter, the welcoming ambiance surrounds you, and the fragrance throughout the hotel is simply amazing, creating a refreshing and memorable stay.

Το Panorama Guest House Jabal Shams βρίσκεται στον προορισμό Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs. Υπάρχει βεράντα και οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν το δωρεάν WiFi και τον δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. The staff (Khanal) was great. The food was great. Cleaning was great. Best place to stay if you want to do the balcony walk or the Jebel Sums summit.

Stay in Nizwa was one of our highlights of travel to Oman!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, the rooftop is the most beautiful one we have seen in Oman. The owner is superfriendly, the breakfast was really good and the location perfect for visiting the mountains, Misfah, Jabreen, Bahla... Really recommended!

Το Bait Al Aali Guesthouse βρίσκεται σε Al Ḩamrāʼ, σε απόσταση 45 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Nizwa Fort και παρέχει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια και βεράντα. Beautifully renovated classic Omani house. It was our favourite place we stayed during our trip in Oman, and hope to be back again soon. Great dinner and incredible breakfast spread. Owner gave us good local recommendations of what to see in and around Al Hamra. Locally-sourced and all natural soaps in the bathrooms were a perfect added touch. Would recommend this as a must stay for any friends who ask for recommendations for Oman!

Το Alqalah Inn είναι σε Al Ḩamrāʼ, σε απόσταση 44 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Nizwa Fort και διαθέτει δωμάτια με κλιματισμό. The inn was of mud brick and nicely decorated. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot. The location was great, near a deserted mud brick village and a date plantation. It was a short walk into town. From the Inn it’s a short drive to Misfah La Abriyyin, which is definitely worth a visit.

I highly recommend this establishment for your stay in Misfat. The location is absolutely perfect, the hospitality is excellent, the terrace view is breathtaking, and the meals are top quality! You can go without any hesitation
