Nihara and Mubarak were brilliant hosts. The breakfast was wonderful! My only complaint is please make smaller serve for one person!!! Bed was very comfortable, room very clean. Guest house location was fantastic - right in old Muscat, Corniche, etc. Short taxi ride to Museums etc.

Rooms are in a big spacious cool house, very clean, comfortable, with fridge, table, chairs, cupboard and a good size bathroom, and it's quiet. Opening windows are great when you dont want air-con. Wifi is excellent. To pay for breakfast is available. And there's a washing machine for use free of charge, which was very helpful. The owners are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is good, near restaurants, grocery store, bakery and a short taxi ride to the Qaboos mosque and the Azaiba bus station. Also not far from the airport. They also accepted to store my luggage. I highly recommend and I will return.

Last but not least, the owner is friendly and very réactive and supplied us with lots of information.

The place is quiet and close to several locations. The host kindly waited for us although we arrived almost 1:30 am and received us at the house door. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also big and clean.

Luxury Rooms in Al Mouj Street - Excellent Location غرف فندقية راقية في شارع الموج - موقع مميز está en Mawāliḩ, a 2,4 km de Playa de Al Mouj, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado... I loved the privacy and comfort of this apartment, I felt much more free than in a hotel. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Al Mouj Marina and 10 minutes from the airport, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. Communication with the host was very easy, and they were super kind and helpful. All was clean and new. I will definitely stay here again for longer time. It is also good for groups, as there are other independent rooms around.
