This is one of the best places i have ever stayed. The location is very close to the volcanoes national park center, the house is beautiful and well structured, the caretaker is amazing and even the possibility to order (super tasty) dinner from the main hotel is a great add-on. Of course, all of this is topped by the fact that staying here means you support a very nice organisation, which is doing a remarkable job. This is one of my most straight-forward recommendations, there is no way i am back in Rwanda and don’t visit it.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond for us. It was truly an incredible experience staying at Urugano Virunga Palace. Everything was fantastic, and we could not have asked for more.

They are so helpful and friendly! The owner, Michael, is also awesome and one of the only Rwandese hotel owners in the area. The views from the premise are also beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here!
